Canapes might be small but play a significant role during a wedding reception, they prepare your guests for the main wedding meal and are served in a way people can mix and mingle. this is often the point in proceedings where you head off for you photographs.

Some guidelines to help you decide on your canape menu, they are the same for a wedding reception or any other event.

For a 1 and a half hour drinks reception, we recommend the choice of 6-8 differnet canapes as we make at least 1 1/2 canapes per head this means your guests get at least 9-12 canapes each. As each event is different , we are happy to provide you with advice as to quantities that will work within your budget.

We serve a good mixture of vegetarian, meat and fish canapes to keep a good variety for your guests. We always include a few things your guests will easily recognise and be comfortable with.
